Deborah Darbonne is a dedicated educational leader who has worked in the Miami-Dade County Public School system for almost 30 years, serving in roles as a special education teacher, assistant principal, and elementary school principal.

As a principal since 2005, Deborah is responsible for planning and directing all functions of the school to create an optimal learning environment. This includes recruiting and developing staff, implementing curriculum, managing the budget, overseeing building maintenance, handling student discipline, and ensuring a safe and effective school for all students and staff.

Deborah's prior experience as an assistant principal and special education teacher for students in grades K-12 provided a strong foundation in instructional leadership, special student populations, and school administration.
